The Casa de Maria Felix is ideal for family reunions, weddings, group retreats, seminars, workshops, small conferences or day events.
Lynda Morris de Rohan Barondes is a native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Lynda has lived and worked in Europe, USA, and Canada in Public Relations and Marketing. Her passions include interior design, painting and archeology which she has been able to fully employ in her creation of the Casa de Maria Felix. Lynda visited Alamos for the first time in 1998, during one of her evening strolls she came upon the ruin. The moon was shining through the window of the ruin and behind the wall she could see the mesquites and palo verde trees. She was enchanted and walked to the back of the property. Upon turning to look at the ruins in the moonlight she saw, for the first time, the spirits, a woman and a child. The next day she purchased the property and began designing her dream. |
